- Architected end-to-end UX for Hiremate — Naukri's agentic recruitment product — designing human-in-the-loop hiring workflows, agent interface patterns, and conversation flow design that systematise enterprise hiring pipelines at scale
- Led AI-powered product design for Premium Resdex; compressed a 3–4 month concept-to-hi-fi sprint into 3 weeks using an AI-native design workflow (Claude Code, Figma Make, NotebookLM) and presented findings directly to the CEO
- Own experience strategy and product strategy for the recruiter platform — including strategic roadmapping and cross-functional alignment with product, data, and engineering leadership
- Established design principles, design systems, and interaction design standards for agentic and AI-powered product experiences
Enterprise ITSM platform (Freshservice). Senior IC role owning product-led growth, AI-Ops, and research practices for a large-scale B2B SaaS product.
- Led interaction design and visual design for AI-powered interfaces inside IT Operations workflows — improving incident triage, system observability, and enterprise AI capability exposure
- Drove onboarding and trial UX strategy to improve activation and early product adoption for a complex B2B SaaS platform
- Introduced structured UX research methods — user interviews, usability testing, and quantitative data analysis — to support roadmap prioritisation and design validation
- Partnered as senior IC with 3 product squads and engineering managers; delivered phased design execution to maintain long-term quality while unblocking engineering
Built and led Udaan's Enterprise UX function to support nationwide ecommerce supply-chain operations.
- Founded the enterprise design practice from scratch and scaled it to support delivery, warehouse, and inventory platforms across web and mobile
- Led service design for operational workflows used by 4,000+ field and facility users across India
- Partnered with 7 product leaders and 20+ engineering stakeholders to align platform vision and execution

B2B SaaS loyalty and CRM management platform serving global retail enterprise clients.
- Led UX research and interaction design for Capillary's Loyalty/CRM platform — stakeholder interviews, heuristic reviews, usability testing, insight mapping, and core product designing
- Founded the user research practice as the group's first researcher; built organisational adoption of research-led product decisions and client stakeholder engagement across leadership
Managed quick-turn research and design projects for the 'Business with Paytm' vertical aimed at merchants. The platforms I designed helped millions of merchants across India accept payments via UPI or cards, access micro-loans, and digitise store management.
Independent design and UX consulting engagements across two practices, spanning product design and user experience strategy.
Design Thinking, Research & Innovation consulting. Worked on a spectrum of strategy projects ranging from medical innovation at the grassroots level, mobile-first banking, future studies, and semiotic studies of consumer appliances in India.

Designed the wayfinding architecture for the University's newly built campus — researching people's behaviours around signage and landmarks to enable seamless navigation across the campus.
